
Booking Policy
To reserve your date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Your final balance will be due 48 hours before your event. All bookings include setup, styling, and clean-up by our team.
Because we curate every picnic with care and use high-quality, reusable décor, we require clients to keep a valid card on file. This ensures coverage for:

Damaged, stained, or missing items

Late cancellations or last-minute changes
Cancellations:
We understand that life happens! If you cancel at least 48 hours before your event, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Weather Policy:
If rain is in the forecast, we’ll happily reschedule your event (based on availability) or move it to a covered or indoor location provided by you. We do not offer refunds due to weather, but we’ll work with you to make it beautiful wherever it’s held.
